connects – a project of the public organization “Care in Action”
Our mission is to help socially vulnerable children and youth change their lives for the better by engaging people, creating services and opportunities. Our activities are designed to help them improve their well-being, develop their potential and achieve success in their independent lives.
Our services are designed to help children and young people and to educate and support foster parents. One of our most important directions is helping young people develop life skills within the framework of the "KROK" project, from which the idea of creating this website was born.

Experience shows that a significant part of the graduates of residential institutions are not ready for adult life. They typically lack the resources and necessary skills to find and keep a job, manage finances, manage household chores, and build healthy, stable relationships. Unfortunately, crime, prostitution, unemployment and even suicide are not uncommon among socially vulnerable youth.
